Q. What happens after I place an order?

A. As soon as you place an order, it gets approved and then is sent further directly to the pharmacy. Commonly, orders are shipped the same day and you get a confirmation e-mail. You can find more shipment information here.

Q. How can my order be tracked?

A. We send your packages via Registered Air Mail. Such shipment method is not provided with the option of real-time tracking; however, you can check your order status. For this you can contact us or use our order status form that you can see on the left side of the page.

Q. How can I cancel my order?

A.Provided that you need to cancel your order, make sure you do so before 11am EST the following day. It will be impossible to process an order cancel later. For more information on our cancellation policy, please, go to our contact us page.

Q. Can you give me any recommendation on the account of this medication? Should I either take it or not and will it work for me?

A. These are inquires beyond our competence. We do not provide recommendations of such character and it is advised that you consult your therapist before taking any drug.

Q. Is importing to my country ok?

A. In the majority of countries such as the USA, UK, France and Spain, also Hong Kong, Japan and S. Korea importation of prescription drugs is legal in terms of personal use only.
